Each tray serves approximately 12-15 people. Trays available for pick up, drop off, set up or full service. We will be able to assist you to make your special event a great success. If you don't see what you are looking for, please ask. We can customize any event for you.

Pricing Information for Catering
Service
- Drop off and Set up
- Drop off, Set up, Break down & Service during event
- Full Serivce pricing is based on 25.00 per hour per server
- Full Service event which requires dinnerware and linen, 4.75 per person charge for a complete setting (2 plates, flatware, 1 water glass, 1 wine glass and 1 linen napkin)
Delivery
Free Delivery within a 5 mile radius of each Mambo Italiano location ordered from. Please inquire. Food delivered in top-quality disposable aluminum containers.
Equipment Rental
Please inquire on pricing for any event you man need.
Payment
Cash, company check or credit card (Amex, Visa, MC) are accpeted forms of payment. A 50% nonrefundable payment is required upon signing the catering contract with balance due on day of. If a full service event, 20% charge will be added to the total food bill.
Cancellation
All cancellations require a 48 hour notice to avoide a 100% cancellation charge.
Note: The State of Georgia Law prohibits Mambo Italiano from purchasing, serving or transporting any form of alcoholic beverage to your event. It is the clients responsibility to purchase or deliver alcoholic beverages at the event site.
